    That’s ok! Try for 10 minutes tomorrow, or at least 9 again. You’ll build up your tolerance in no time! Don’t give up.

    Hi Pretty — It’s a fellow Shredding blogger here.
    I think what’s important is that you make a habit of doing the whole 20-30 minutes, even if you don’t do all of it.
    Don’t use weights in the beginning (I didn’t).
    Jog slowly in place while they do tough cardio moves like jumping rope, jumping jacks or butt kicks.
    For moves that combine arms and legs, do arms OR legs.
    Take as many 5-second breaks as you need.
    Do one crunch and then lie down to catch your breath. Breathe. Then move onto the next move.
    It’s a tough work-out even for people who are normally athletic. But if you get into the groove of dedicating 20-30 minutes to it every day, you will see yourself improving.
    The most important thing is that you don’t hurt yourself.
    Better to do 20 minutes you can handle, then do 5 minutes of heavy exercise that injures you.
    I sprained an ankle once (not Shredding!) and it kept me out of commission for weeks.
