Better than I expected

So I weighed in today for the first time in two weeks.  I was expecting a pretty big gain–at least 3-4 lbs.  I mean, I did exercise super hard this past week, but yesterday was Mother’s Day and my husband and kids took me out to breakfast and then we had a huge family gathering.  I was betting on huge amounts of water retention also because of all the sodium that I suspect I ingested.  So I was pleasantly surprised when the scale at WW told me I had only gained 1.4 pounds!  So, I’m ok with that.  I had two weeks of being off track and 1.4 pounds I can recover from pretty easily.

So yay!
